How reliable is the provided virtual SIM card? Can I change other SIM cards？

We offer a free SIM card in the package with 100m data, which supports T-mobile, AT&T and Verizon; it works depending on your local 4g cell tower signal. Or you can use the existing added line of your phone sim card which work best in your area

Does this camera track the motions automatically?

No, this camera doesn’t have the auto-tracking function. When your camera detects motions, you will receive an alert message on your phone
