Maybe the SIM card is running out of the data,which just contains 100M free cellular data for the trial testing.You have to recharge the data plan at Soliom APP.

Does this 4G LTE camera work with wifi as well?

It does not work with WiFi, only works for 3g/4g LTE connection.
