Q: The SJ4000 action camera is inserted a micro SD card(TF card), but it still prompting “Please insert SD card”.

A: You need to format the micro SD card by using the format function in the system menu before the first time use. First, please check if your micro SD card has been formatted. If the problem remains, you can check if the Micro SD card is correctly inserted. You can also contact SJCAM via Amazon at any time for help.

Q: How do I switch modes of the camera?

A: To switch the navigation menu, simply press and hold the WiFi button(Up button) for about 2 seconds for easy switching. It requires a bit more patience compared to touchscreen. But after using the action camera for a while, you will get used to its operation.
