FAQ: Why aren’t they incompatible with S20?

>> The integrated board of theirs only supports one extended display

*** A1: Most of the time, one side of the screen doesn’t light up because the laptop model doesn’t match. MacBooks with M1/M2 chips and Chromebook series with ARM only support one output source, so you can only expand one screen.

*** A2: The pixels of this triple monitor are 1920 x 1080, 1920 x 1080 is a common resolution usually used for HD display. Normally, images at this resolution should be clear without noticeable pixel blurring.

*** A3: It may be because your laptop’s power is too low to provide working power for the dual screens monitor. You need to connect your laptop or dual screens to a extra power.
