Q3: How to restore to factory settings ？
Step1: Press the power button/reset key 4 times on the microphones to clear pairing. You will see red and blue lights are flashing alternately on microphone transmitters.
Step2: Plug the receiver to your phone, you will see green light flashes slowly on the receiver while red and blue lights are flashing alternately on microphone transmitters
Step3: Keep the receiver plugged to your phone. Use a pin or needle to press the reset button 4 times inside the reset hole of the receiver. You will see green light flashes quicly on the receiver, then keeps steady on the receiver. Blue lights keep steady on the microphone transmitters. This means microphones are successfully paired.
