Buckwheat is a great filling medium as it can be easily adjusted in the cushion to meet your support and comfort. Buckwheat is also very durable and lightweight.
DIMENSIONS: Our zafus measure about 16″ in diameter and 5″ high. This is the standard size for most meditation cushions in the marketplace today and is the perfect meditation pillows for sitting on floor
