From Box to boat in minutes

Construct your kayak in only 10 to 15 minutes. Robust zipper channels close and seal the deck. They’re easy to install, watertight, and make a rock-solid deck once assembled. Oru pioneered the Coast XT’s origami-inspired, foldable structure, so you won’t spend forever setting up or waste time lugging around a boat.

More room and comfort

Fun and comfort go hand in hand when it comes to our Kayaks. A fully adjustable backrest and a padded seat provide support for paddlers of all sizes.

Take along your gear for serious expeditions and camping trips. You can easily store up to 180 L of gear int the bow and storage compartments.

Protection for you and your kayak

To stay safe on your adventures the kayak comes with deck lines made out of bungee web to grab for safety or stashing some equipment while the rim around the cockpit adds more reinforcement. For extra control and maneuverability we added thight braces to the special design of the Coast XT. The ultra-durable, riveted polyethylene sleeves of the fairing handles help streamline the kayak and protect the ends from scratches and scrapes. Additionally they ensure an easy grip to carry your new Kayak in and out of the water.

Stash it

No roof rack? No problem. Our foldable kayaks fit into the trunk of a small car or our Oru Inlet Pack carrying case [sold separately] for easy transport when hiking, bicycling, and using public transportation. Your Coast XT is the most convenient, transportable kayak imaginable.
