DOUBLE CHAMBER, DOUBLE SAFETY: Built with two separate air chambers, the AZTRON Signature and LITE dual-chamber construction offers a 30:70 or 50:50 air distribution between the inner and outer chamber, The second chamber offers a secondary floatation for any emergencies while the sidewalls act like I-Beams make board stiffer.The inner chamber is wisely positioned at the standing area and continuing toward the front. This reduces the deflection about 1.5-2cm comparing to other inflatable SUP.
AZTRON CUSTOMIZED DOUBLE VALVES: AlI AZTRON’s inflatable SUPs are equipped with customized high pressure valves specially designed for the Double Chamber construction. With a relative smaller diameter than regular air valve, the unique AZTRON valve allows you to prevent damages caused by over inflation. The performance yetis not compromised by this special design.

PREMIUM DROP-STITCH CORE: The core is the heart of every AZTRON inflatable SUP, that is built with two pieces of polyester woven support fabric with thousands of fine polyester threads. Each base material is about five to ten feet in width about 400 needle heads per piece to finish the setup. Each needle sews a continuous and evenly spaced thread, back and forth between the top and bottom base fabric, locking them into a strong unit. This process creates a super inflatable material.
4MM THICK EVA FOOT TRACTION PAD: The soft brushed EVA traction pad has grooves for extra traction and maximum comfort under the feet and knees. The reduced traction pad also helps to fold in minutes and fit into the small gear bag.
