Enhanced Durability: The hybrid board features an aluminum baseplate at the bottom, ensuring superior durability against heavy usage. Aluminum T-track grid extrusions prevent issues caused by moisture.
T-Track Systems: The T-slot facilitates easy and secure clamping of workpieces, jigs, and fixtures, perfect for projects requiring frequent repositioning or complex setups.
Cost-Effective Maintenance: The MDF surface of the hybrid board will be slightly higher than the aluminium surface. If the MDF surface is damaged, you can mill it or replace a single slat instead of the entire spoilboard.
Easy Assembly: With just two simple steps, arrange the aluminum & MDF hybrid slats on your CNC machine’s frame and securely lock them using T-Nuts for hassle-free installation.
