What kind of pens are suitable for this glass whiteboard? Can I write with my own pen and still erase it smoothly?

Except two pens we included, you can use whiteboard pen and liquid chalk for writing. To ensure a smooth erase, permanent markers and paint pens are not recommended.

Does it come with a magnet? Why won’t my regular magnets attach properly to the board?

Our product does not come with a magnet currently. Due to the thickness of our glass panels, you will need to use a high-powered magnet to attach.

Will it be unstable or even fall off during use?
